Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Range : $32.00 - $36.00/Hour DOE

Schedule: Day Shift – 6am to 2:30pm, Mon -Fri

BBSI is hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a busy manufacturing facility in Riverside. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and keeping production running, this could be a great opportunity.

The facility operates approximately 41 CNC machines along with pneumatic, hydraulic, and other manufacturing systems. Training is provided on proprietary equipment and programs, and tools/equipment will be provided as needed.

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment
• Service pneumatic/air systems, including hoses and lines
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• Support CNC machine maintenance, tool changes, and upgrades
• Assist with hydraulic systems and facility equipment, including swamp coolers
• Document maintenance using computers or handheld devices

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Pneumatic/air system experience
• Ability to read schematics
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices
• CNC experience is a big plus
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Hydraulic and welding experience are helpful but not required
