Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community
• Lead, train, and manage an on-site team
• Maximize occupancy through strategic marketing and leasing efforts
• Ensure timely rent collection and effective budget management
• Maintain high standards for resident satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Excellent communication, marketing, and customer service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Multi-family experience strongly preferred
• Industry certifications such as CAM, CAP, CPM, or ARM are a plus

Requirements:

• Must pass background and drug screening
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
