This position supports seamless property operations by maintaining a polished front desk, monitoring building access, addressing resident concerns, documenting incidents and shift activity, and collaborating with property management and service teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to residents and guests as they arrive and departEstablish strong, trust-based relationships with residents, learning preferences and routinesAnticipate resident needs and proactively deliver tailored concierge servicesCoordinate reservations, transportation, housekeeping, event services, and local experiencesManage package deliveries, dry cleaning services, and special requests with precision and careMaintain a polished and orderly front desk and lobby presentation at all timesHandle incoming calls, emails, and in-person requests with efficiency and professionalismMonitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed while maintaining a welcoming atmosphereMaintain accurate logs, records, and communication reports for incoming shiftsPrepare the property for the day's operations, ensuring all service areas are guest-readyOversee early deliveries, vendor check-ins, and scheduled servicesPromote a sense of community and assist residents as neededAssist residents and contractors in utilizing the service elevator for maintenance, repairs, and move-in/outRespond to resident complaints and/or concerns.
