Position Overview

A fast-growing company is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join its Finance team. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting support, and maintaining strong internal controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage various financial accounting and reporting functions
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements
• Maintain and improve internal accounting controls and procedures
• Support financial strategy through account analysis, reporting, and tax-related data
• Coordinate and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial operations
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership on financial initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience
• Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability
