Nurse Manager – Inpatient Rehab Services | Dallas, TX
Lead with compassion and inspire recovery every day. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager – Inpatient Rehab Services to oversee a dedicated rehabilitation team in Dallas, TX—helping patients regain strength, independence, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation unit
Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting exceptional patient care
Coordinate patient care plans and ensure quality and compliance standards are met
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license (TX)
Leadership experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or related healthcare settings preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation and team development
