Manage perioperative nursing for a high volume OR platform near Grand Prairie. Drive safe throughput, physician engagement, team development, and continuous improvement across OR, Preop, PACU, and PAT.

Coordinate daily OR operations and on time starts

Lead performance improvement with data driven results

Build strong surgeon and anesthesia partnerships

Optimize staffing models and productivity

Mentor RNs, CNs, and new leaders

2 plus years of acute OR leadership and 5 plus years staff level OR RN

BSN and Texas RN or compact license

BLS required

CNOR preferred
