Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator

As a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our team is fully equipped to provide top-notch care to our residents. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team!

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees

• Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts

• Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations

• Manage leave requests from employees and general work timekeeping (scheduling)

• Collaborate with the payroll unit to ensure accurate employee settlements

• Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies efficiently

• May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Extreme reliability and a strong sense of accountability

• CNA license in the state of Missouri
