Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Track and document customer interactions using CRM or similar tools

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
• Interest or background in sports is a plus
