Our team consists of seven members across both sales and service roles, working together to deliver excellent customer service and strong results.

I lead a high-performance, growth-focused agency where accountability, coaching, and development are key. Im very hands-on with daily training, consistent feedback, and goal setting to help each team member grow both professionally and personally.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Mapp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
