Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler in Rogers, MN! We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the production of high-quality products. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Assemble metal panels and building components according to work orders and specifications.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
