Director, Compensation

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own the design and execution of a global compensation strategy that supports growth, competitiveness, and organizational scale. The role will shape base pay, incentives, and executive compensation practices while partnering closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders. You will also help ensure compensation programs are data-driven, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $177,000 – $243,000 annually Responsibilities Define and manage the company's multi-year compensation strategy Oversee global compensation structure for base pay and incentives Manage end-to-end compensation programs, including annual reviews Collaborate on executive compensation design and administration Advise business leaders on scalable compensation solutions Conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness and compliance Develop training tools to communicate compensation philosophy Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in compensation at high-growth or newly public tech companies Proven track record of owning global compensation functions Experience managing a team in a compensation role Expertise in executive compensation and Compensation Committee processes Familiarity with managing compensation cycles in Workday Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships Benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Equity options Generous benefits program Support for continuous professional development Flexible work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
