Universal Energy Solutions is a leading energy solutions provider, and we are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Schaumburg, IL. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are addressed effectively. You will have the opportunity to participate in identifying new business opportunities and will work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. This position is perfect for an energetic self-starter who is eager to build a career in account management within the energy sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business, marketing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to excel both independently and in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in account management or customer service is a plus, but we welcome applications from recent graduates and entry-level candidates ready to learn.
