Note This position requires active California Bar admission and at least 4 years of hands‑on personal injury litigation experience; these qualifications are mandatory. Job Description Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including complex and high-exposure cases Evaluate claims, assess liability and damages, and develop litigation strategy Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience Strong writing, analytical, and negotiation skills Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team Experience in plaintiff, defense, in‑house, or solo practice environments considered Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Orionplacement
