Benefits Coordinator

Job Description Summary The Benefits Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the company's employee benefits and leave of absence programs. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee benefit and leave-related inquiries and supports benefit transactions, enrollment activities, life event changes, leave administration, billing support, and employee communications. Job Details What You’ll Do As the Benefits Coordinator you will: Respond to employee inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Educate employees on benefit programs, enrollment procedures, and required documentation. Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. Administer employee life event changes. Support annual Open Enrollment activities. Assist with vendor billing reconciliation and eligibility issues. Maintain benefit records and support compliance reporting. Assist with administration of FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, parental leave, and personal leave programs. Support special projects and process improvements. Sound Like You? You might be just who we’re looking for if you have… Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of HR, benefits, payroll, or employee services experience. Workday experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.
