Job Title: QA Technician

Location: Acton, MA

Pay rate: $30/hr on W2.

Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented  QA Technician to support inspection, documentation, and quality assurance activities for medical device R&D builds.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of small components and assemblies under magnification.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
• Document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain GMP/ISO 13485-compliant documentation.
• Follow cleanroom, quality, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, assembly, or technician/operator roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, precise inspections.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, medical devices, or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Good communication and basic computer/data-entry skills.

Note: On-site role in Acton, MA. Cleanroom gowning and adherence to GMP/ISO standards may be required.
