It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job Summary: This individual will support procedural requirements of ZOLL's complaint handling, customer turnaround and event reporting systems. Supports quality improvement, corrective and prevention action program. Works under general supervision. Reports to Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Manager.Essential Functions:Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root cause to system and/or component levelCommunicate with customers and suppliersDocument investigations as appropriatePropose corrective action on an as needed basisRequired/Preferred Education and Experience:Requires 2-year degree or equivalent work experience and 2+ years related experience requiredExperience with soldering, ESD handling and electro-mechanical assembly methods required andExperience using mechanical and electronic test equipment requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures related to electronic technologyBasic computer skills in a MS Windows environment. Familiar with MS Office, including Excel and Word.Knowledge of FDA QSR requiredKnowledge of USA and international regulatory Medical Device Reporting preferred.Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively within a multi-disciplined organizationZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
