Job Title: Contract Recruiter Location: Fort Worth, TX Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (onsite) Type of Employment: Contract Compensation: $45 - $55 / Hour Industry: Oil & Gas Benefits This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across both technical and corporate functions, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality talent and maintaining an efficient, positive candidate experience throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of open positions (30+ requisitions at a time), primarily within engineering and technical functions Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement during longer hiring cycles Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tracking tools Support offer process as needed, including coordination and documentation Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience required Experience supporting technical recruiting within industries such as oil & gas, utilities, power & generation, renewable energy, or energy services required Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teams Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
