Accounting Technician Position

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of complex technical accounting functions and duties to review, analyze, verify and process a variety of financial information; prepare, and ensure accuracy of financial records and reports; maintain accounting records, reports and systems or computer based accounting systems; perform other related functions as required.

This posting is for an Accounting Technician position at the District Office. This is a classified full-time position working 8.0 hours per day, Monday - Friday. Current Salary placement is relative to the position work experience up to a maximum of 6 years; see salary schedule for step/column information.
