Responsibilities: Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback. Maintain and improve design standards for consistency and quality. Ideal Skills: 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of past work. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
