About the Role XRHealth is seeking a visionary and hands-on VP of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution as we scale our therapeutic XR platform across clinical, payer, and consumer channels. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate strategically while staying close to execution — owning everything from product marketing and demand generation to brand storytelling. You'll work closely with our Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to craft messaging that resonates with healthcare decision-makers and drives meaningful growth, translating XRHealth's clinical outcomes and technology into a compelling market story. Reporting Structure This role reports to the CEO and will work closely with VP/General Manager of business units. What You'll Do Product Marketing Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for XRHealth's products and solutions Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases Create sales enablement materials that help the team articulate XRHealth's value proposition Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing decisions Demand Generation & Growth Build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline for B2C and B2B2C. Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns Define and track key marketing KPIs, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and report ROI to executive leadership Partner closely with Sales on account-based marketing, lead qualification, handoff processes, and revenue goals Develop and manage the marketing budget, including external agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology vendors Brand & Content Own and evolve XRHealth's brand identity, voice, and visual presence across all channels Lead the development of high-quality content including thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and social media Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer and partner touchpoints Build XRHealth's presence at industry events, conferences, and in the media Team & Compliance Build and lead a marketing team as the function scales, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management Ensure marketing communications comply with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA-related considerations for patient communications, FDA guidance where applicable to claims) Coordinate marketing efforts across business units to ensure alignment on brand strategy, messaging, and priorities, while supporting overall business and revenue goals. What We're Looking For 10+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of driving growth in a B2C and B2B2C environment, ideally in healthtech or digital health. A background in or strong familiarity with the healthcare industry is a must. Deep expertise across product marketing, demand generation, and brand management Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data and using it to make decisions Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations (HIPAA, FDA claims guidance) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus) Why XRHealth?
