We are looking for a driven and knowledge Full-time Sales Representee with experience in both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by income potential, this could be a great fit. MUST HAVE PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE!!! MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE THE CTS PROFILE!! Responsibilities
- Pursue leads provided by the agency
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on insurance and financial service products
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Work as part of a high-performing team environment
- Prior sales experience is REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Insurance licensing is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
