Bilingual Housing Case Manager — Shelter & Housing Stability

FACETS is seeking a mission‑driven Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish/English) to serve families experiencing homelessness or at risk in Fairfax County’s region 1. You will oversee housing related services for the Next Steps Family Program in Alexandria, including shelter, aftercare, and community prevention services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MSW a plus) and strong data entry/organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr FacetsCares
