What You ll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries as a First Assist
• Support surgical teams during inpatient procedures in a Level 3 trauma center
• Provide patient care for adult patients in a fast-paced inpatient operating room
• Collaborate directly with surgeons during complex procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner/Oracle EMR system
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Contribute to a team-oriented, patient-centered surgical environment

What You Need

• Valid NP or PA license in New Jersey (no out-of-state candidates accepted)
• First Assist certification, with robotic surgery experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gynecological surgery or related field
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and clinical skills
