Supply Chain AnalystProceed PSI/SCP activities to ensure on time right quantity allocation and delivery to customerLocation: 700 Sylvan AVE Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USBenefits: Medical Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision), Paid Time Off, 401K, H1B/Green Card Sponsorship for qualified employee, Hands-on experience at global industry leader Samsung, Opportunities for career advancementCompensation: $34-36/hrTop Skills: SAP, Korean, Demand PlanningResponsibilities:The Supply Chain Management PSI/Allocation is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by account, receiving order based on allocation, and delivering to customer on timeInput weekly AP2 forecast to maximize product allocation by each account and by site.Track weekly order received by customer and process and manage customer order to meet on time deliveryOperate logistics order process such as diversion and stock transferPublish daily/weekly operating report (PSI/SCP)Develop and maintain accurate short-term (6 months) demand forecasts for assigned product category (audio products), using historical data, market trends, and insights from cross-functional teamsManage and operate weekly demand forecast by SKU/site level and provide customer order commitment and update top-line forecast to secure short-term (6 months) supplyCollaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand new product launches, promotions, and other events impacting demand and adjust forecasts accordinglyMonitor inventory levels and develop strategies to balance inventory investment against service level targetsCoordinate with HQ to ensure optimal production scheduling and supplier management to meet demand requirementsMonitor sales order receiving and shipping process to secure monthly sales targetsProvide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on demand, inventory, and supply chain performanceAnalyze and publish weekly ATS/aging report to maximize monthly sales and minimize inventoryWeekly MPO /factory aging inventory managementQualifications:Education in business, supply chain, economics, or similar3-4 years of experience (entry level) – Supply chain, data analysis, and logistics operation.Advanced ExcelBilingual Korean and English requiredGeneral knowledge of supply chain operations related to employee's specific area of work, and limited knowledge of overall supply chain operationsAbility to identify standard problems within the supply chain cycle and makes a recommendation to change either methods or dates; may authorize standard changes to ensure customer satisfactionAbility to read, prepare, interpret, and understand information from various sales, purchase, and transfer orderWorks on problems of limited and routine scope where limited analysis of data requires identification of predetermined solutionsAbility to orientate in fast-paced environment in timely manner and willingness to take initiative
