SummaryResponsible managing Demand Planning and CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) activities with key national accounts (Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc.) and maintaining forecast models incorporating business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts and other sources.ResponsibilitiesHost and lead weekly CPFR (collaborative planning forecast and replenishment) meetings with external buying teams and internal Sales and Product Marketing teamsGather and incorporate market intelligence to produce the best possible operational forecast through internal CPFR tools and processesManage model-level demand planning responsibilities for assigned accounts/retailersManage weekly purchase order requests, intake, and maintenance as well as work with accounts to manage optimal inventory to ensure achievement of in-stock expectationsWork with account to balance inventory across network – WH/store levelReoccurring and ad-hoc reporting utilizing internal and external vendor portal dataDaily collaboration to support Sales team regarding forecasting, inventory, and order maintenanceLead weekly internal S&OP meetingWork directly with supply planning team to collaborate on long-term forecasting for production schedulesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field7+ years demand planning or relevant experienceAPICS certification preferredMust understand collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) to effectively manage forecastStrong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills required as this position interfaces with customers directlyStrong relationship builderExcellent data analysis skillsSolid business acumen#LI-DR1Recruiting Range$115,000—$125,000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
