Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist

Role Overview

Strengthen the systems, data, and insights that support a growing revenue organization. Partner closely with the Sales Operations Senior Lead to improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and high-impact business analysis in a fast-moving remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve CRM data hygiene, workflow automation, reporting, and user support.
• Maintain pipeline quality and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
• Build and enhance dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion, seller productivity, and quota attainment.
• Analyze sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Improve forecasting models using historical data and predictive signals.
• Support adoption of new sales tools, CRM pipelines, and processes.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Address ad hoc analytical needs, including incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, CRM administration and optimization, sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, including reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• SQL and/or BI tool experience, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, is strongly preferred.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect operational metrics and data to revenue impact and business decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and non-technical stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and problems without predefined solutions.
• Preferred qualifications include advanced HubSpot proficiency or certification, forecasting or predictive analytics experience, statistical modeling, sales incentive or quota analysis, and cross-functional analytics exposure across Marketing, Customer Success, Recruitment, or Business Operations.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote position.

Compensation

• The listing states annual compensation of $100, 000 to $140, 000.
• A separate compensation notice states a base-salary range of $80, 000 to $100, 000 annually.
• Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policies.
