Business Operations & Analytics Specialist for AI Training

Drive measurable improvements in business performance by turning operational data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. As a Business Operations and Analytics Specialist, you will build dashboards and KPI reports, document and optimize workflows, create executive-ready visual materials, and provide structured domain input that also helps train next-generation AI systems. This is a remote contractor role paid hourly. No prior AI experience is required; strong domain expertise and analytics skills are the priority.

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to reveal trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across business processes.
• Create, interpret, and refine dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence artifacts to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and document process flows, workflow analyses, and operational review materials to produce clear, actionable next steps.
• Design visual documentation such as presentation decks and executive summaries to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively.
• Construct rubrics and frameworks for evaluating operational outcomes and performance measures.
• Translate analytical findings into concise written recommendations and reports tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Provide structured feedback and nuanced domain input to support the training and refinement of AI and analytics platforms.

• Required skills: experience with business intelligence tools, KPI reporting, data analysis, dashboard creation, process documentation, workflow optimization, data visualization, and presentation design.
• Proven ability in operational review, operational metrics analysis, rubric and framework development, and recommendation writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience managing or working with stakeholders across functions.
• Demonstrated capability to adapt domain expertise to analytics and operations projects.
• Preferred backgrounds include roles such as Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Strategy and Operations Manager, Program Manager, Revenue Operations Specialist, or Supply Chain Manager.
