About This Job S2Integrators Location: Greater Bengaluru Area, India Work Mode: On-site Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Job Description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Services to drive business growth and manage client relationships for services including company incorporation, GST registration, intellectual property services, statutory compliance, and other corporate legal/compliance services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, relationship management, team leadership, and revenue generation, preferably within corporate services, CA firms, legal services, tax/compliance, business consulting, or professional services. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets. Generate new business through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other channels. Identify and acquire clients requiring:Company/LLP incorporationGST registration and related servicesIntellectual Property (IP) registration and servicesStatutory and regulatory complianceBusiness licensing and other corporate services Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate/compliance solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Develop strategic partnerships with CA firms, CS firms, law firms, consultants, startups, and SMEs. Lead, mentor, and develop the business development/sales team. Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and client acquisition metrics. Work closely with internal legal, compliance, taxation, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. Prepare regular sales and business performance reports for management. Required Skills 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development. Experience in corporate services, business consulting, legal services, taxation, compliance, CA/CS services, or related industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of company incorporation, GST, IP services, and statutory compliance. Proven track record in achieving sales/revenue targets. Strong client relationship and negotiation skills. Experience managing and developing sales teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
