About the Role
Were hiring an Account Executive to lead sales in our Physical Security practice focusing on surveillance, access control, and integrated security systems. At GBS, security isnt a siloits part of a smart, unified technology ecosystem. Youll help clients design safer, more connected environments backed by scalable infrastructure and seamless management.
What Youll Do
- Lead generation through all relevant outlets with an emphasis on relationship development
- Develop leads and close new business for GBSs security offerings (surveillance, access control, alarm integration)
- Consult on compliance, scalability, and system expansion strategies
- Build strong relationships with facility managers, general contractors, and developers
- Collaborate with internal engineers, estimators, and project managers
- Tie physical security opportunities into broader IT or AV initiatives where relevant
What You Bring
- 35+ years of experience selling physical security systems or low-voltage integration
- Strong working knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, access control panels, and credentials
- Familiarity with vendors like Axis, Verkada, Avigilon, Lenel, or similar
- Ability to communicate technical systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with compliance or regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, etc.) is a bonus
