This position will be predominantly remote, giving you the flexibility to offer therapy sessions from your chosen environment while still maintaining the full support of our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to form a deep understanding of each client’s mental health needs, subsequently developing tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring accountability and clarity in your therapeutic processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will involve direct engagement with diverse client demographics, including couples, children, adolescents, and families. Special consideration is given to those working with clients from various backgrounds, including individuals of color and members of the LGBTQIA community. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
