Key Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Familiarity with schools-based occupational therapy practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to implement IEP goals and provide progress documentation

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct occupational therapy treatment to students based on prescribed plans
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and school staff to address students’ needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Assist in developing strategies and adaptive techniques for classroom activities
• Support inclusive educational practices and adapt materials as needed
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and IEP discussions
