We are hiring a Psychiatrist to come join our growing team. You will work at various locations within Health Solutions in Pueblo, CO.What You'll Be DoingAs a Psychiatrist with Health Solutions, you would be providing strength-focused, evidence-based and culturally-sensitive treatment. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with patients and providing high quality care will be central to the work you do. You would conduct assessments, manage cases, and provide supportive therapy with utmost kindness and care. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities related to evaluating and managing medications. Furthermore, you'd have the distinct opportunity to provide clinical support and oversight to a multidisciplinary team of Health Solutions professionals who serve our community. Specifically, the Psychiatrist responsibilities under the administrative supervision of the Vice President of Medical Services.What You'll Like About UsCompetitive pay. Salary $250,000-$270,000 based on experience and degree; and a sign on bonus of $10,000 for onsite ($5,000 upon completion of orientation and $5,000 after one year of successful completion of employment). (The bonus is not available to candidates who are hired through a recruiting agency, however.)Generous benefits package.
