Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed annual compensation ranging from $261,000-$333,000

• Compensation is not productivity or wRVU based

Practice Highlights

• Flexible weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays

• 30 patient contact hours with 10 hours of dedicated administrative time

• No call responsibilities or after-hours requirements

• Dedicated Urgent Care team and strong collegial cross-coverage

• Average patient volume of only 12-14 patients daily

• Patient panel size capped around 1,200 patients per provider

• Robust clinical support teams including RNs, dedicated MAs, case managers, referrals, and dietitians

• EPIC EMR system with Dragon and AI-assisted documentation tools

• Integrated services including on-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Perinatal Care, and Dental

• Collaborative medical staff consisting of 20 Physicians and 40+ Advanced Practice Providers
