Provide General Orthopedic Surgery Call Coverage


Provide Orthopedic Trauma Coverage


Respond to Hospital and Trauma Consults


Evaluate and Manage Acute Orthopedic Conditions


Perform Procedures Consistent With the Scope of General Orthopedic Surgery


Provide Surgical Intervention as Clinically Indicated


Maintain 30-Minute Response Availability While On Call

Requirements


Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery - Required


Active Colorado Medical License OR IMLC Letter of Qualification in Hand at Submission - Required


ACLS - Highly Preferred


BLS - Highly Preferred


DEA - Highly Preferred at Submission and Required for Credentialing


Transferable DEA May Be Considered and Must Remain in Place for the Duration of the Assignment


At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Orthopedic Surgery - Required


Must Be Available for at Least One of the Listed Coverage Stints


Must State Number of Shifts Available Per Month for Ongoing Coverage


Clean Malpractice and Background - Required


Self-Inquiry NPDB Report at Presentation - Preferred
