• Competitive annual salary: $287,000 - $319,000

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct in-person patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a care-team model
• Manage preventive care, chronic disease, and acute illness cases
• Utilize clinical support staff and care coordination resources
• EMR documentation and maintenance (Epic system)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Maintain patient relationships to ensure high-quality, compassionate care

What You Need

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (completion of residency required)
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa candidates)
