Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to a competitive annual salary based on full-time hours)
• Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $257,000$286,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered family medicine care to diverse populations
• Manage outpatient clinics, including wellness checks, chronic disease management, and acute care
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations with colleagues
• Lead and contribute to development of patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth's mission
• Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for comprehensive patient care
• Support community health initiatives and promote accessible healthcare within Pueblo

What You Need

• Medical License in Colorado (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Eligible or Certified in Family Practice
• Residency completed in Family Medicine
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, innovative healthcare environment
