Technology Lead - WebMethods

Overview Role: Technology Lead – WebMethods. Duration: Full Time. Location: Brentwood, TN. Responsibilities Experience with webMethods Integration and webMethods products like Designer, IntegrationServer, My webMethods Server, Universal Messaging, etc. Good understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other enterprise-level integration. Experience developing web services and understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Familiar with Portals and Portal development. Apply technical/functional skills to our customers and implement solutions that run, manage and optimize key business processes. Ability to respond to detailed customer queries. Knowledge of design patterns and recommendations for proper usage of patterns. Guide and help others in creating and reusing components. Continuously build domain knowledge and technical skills to reach higher levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to changing conditions in day-to-day work. Coach, guide and mentor junior team members to help them scale faster. Be part of client teams as a senior resource and travel extensively as required. Qualifications Basic : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred : Technical responsibilities include development, maintenance, support and implementation of complex project modules. Extensive knowledge of standard concepts and principles in delivering consulting project assignments.
