Anne Arundel County Department of Health seeks a Weekend Wellmobile Peer Care Coordinator. This non-clinical, peer-based position operates in a hybrid model (virtual and on-site) during weekend shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with 6-8 hour blocks. The coordinator leads the Wellmobile response, coordinates buprenorphine/MAT services, and facilitates care transitions.
