Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist in Farmington, IL. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care while working in a supportive team environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires ability to provide care for patients with a range of medical complexities and common post-acute conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and restorative OT programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0830-1630.
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
