Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in geriatric rehabilitation, transfers, gait training, and documentation for skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
