Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a skilled nursing facility in Canton, IL as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads in a SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
• Candidates may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
