Milling CNC MachinistThe Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.Shifts Available: 2nd Shift 3:30 pm - 3:30 amSign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate Milling CNC machinesPerform quality inspection on completed partsPerform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performanceComplete tool changesPosition RequirementsOperator experience with Milling CNC machinesStrong math background, preferable in machine math/shop mathUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using a microscopeAbility to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometerMachining experience with medical components, devices, or instrumentsPrevious experience with tight tolerancesProgramming experience with Milling CNC MachinesExperience with set-up on Milling CNC MachinesExperience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC MachinesBenefitsAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
