Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Residential Property Manager & Leasing professional to support the management and leasing of our residential properties in Birmingham, AL. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in property management while handling leasing responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations. Support leasing activities, including property tours, applications, lease signings, and renewals. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and work orders promptly and professionally. Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and staff. Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files. Assist with marketing and resident engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and property regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate required. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and support a team. Knowledge of residential leasing laws is a plus. Proficiency with Yardi property management software is helpful but not required.
