Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal ready to join a dynamic, business-focused law firm on the Space Coast? Volk Law Offices, P.A. is seeking a skilled professional with at least 3 years of litigation experience to support our attorneys in complex matters involving commercial disputes, business law, employer rights, and contracts . 1. What You’ll Do: Support attorneys through all phases of litigation — from discovery to trial prep. Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Coordinate case files, schedules, and deadlines across multiple matters. Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Conduct research and assist in developing case strategies. 2. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience (commercial or business litigation preferred). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation support or eDiscovery tools . Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work independently. Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred. 3.
