Cleanroom Electrical AssemblerWe are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Electrical Assembler to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This position is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity, working the 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.ResponsibilitiesReview daily work orders, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams before starting tasks.Gather tools, materials, and components needed for the day's builds.Assemble electrical parts such as coils, sensors, harnesses, transformers, or control units.Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening.Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.Collaborate with quality inspectors or engineers to resolve issues.Document completed work in production logs or digital systems.Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment.Maintain clean, organized work areas in alignment with housekeeping and GMP expectations.Essential SkillsExperience in electrical assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing.Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.Proficiency with soldering, crimping, and hand tools.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Basic understanding of electrical principles.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with blueprint and wiring diagram interpretation.Experience with control panel and panel wiring.Knowledge of IPC standards.Why Work Here?We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan, and paid time off. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
