Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Treasury Operations & Cash Management: Support daily Treasury operations, including cash positioning, wire/ACH transfers, investment fundings, intercompany transfers, FX settlements, margin calls, swaps, and daily cash balance reporting across corporate and portfolio accounts.
• Liquidity & Cash Forecasting: Support short- and long-term liquidity forecasting by analyzing cash inflows, outflows, funding requirements, and investment needs to help ensure sufficient liquidity and optimize excess cash.
• Bank Account Administration & Controls: Manage bank account administration, including account openings and closings, authorized signatories, user permissions, fraud protection services, KYC requirements, and bank account data; oversee cash reconciliations, investigate complex breaks, and ensure compliance with Treasury policies and controls.
• Financial & Management Reporting: Develop, maintain, and analyze financial and management reporting; validate data, identify trends and variances, and translate complex information into actionable insights for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Business Analysis, Technology & Process Improvement: Partner with Reporting, Treasury, IT, and project teams to gather and translate business requirements, support system implementations and testing, maintain data and reporting infrastructure, and identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Projects, Stakeholder Management & Executive Reporting: Support Treasury and business initiatives, lead special projects and ad hoc analysis, develop and maintain procedures and documentation, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with treasury management systems and financial reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
