DescriptionKforce's client, a very successful, independent CPA firm located in North Jersey with 30 professionals, is seeking a full-time Tax Manager or Supervisor with 5+ years of recent diverse tax experience working at a public accounting firm. This firm offers a hybrid in office work schedule, way better hours than the typical CPA firm, and great compensation and benefits - along with a terrific career path to Director and beyond! Responsibilities: * Performance a variety of tax compliance and planning services for clients in numerous industries-real estate, construction, manufacturing, pro services, NFP and more * Assist in planning and running client engagements, including billing and time analysisRequirements* Degree in Accounting * CPA is a plus 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience 1040, 1041, 1120, 1065, etc. * Excellent verbal and written communication skillsJob TypeDirect HireCompensation114750 - $155250
