Laundary and Dry Cleaning Store - Minneapolis

Experience: 4-5 years operational experience in dry cleaning or service operations

We are hiring for Store Manager for Midwest's leading dry cleaning store, built on a simple promise: one flat price, every garment. We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run daily operations, lead a small team, and drive the performance of our Minneapolis location. This is an opportunity with a growing industry. The right candidate will grow with the business as we expand to multiple locations across the metro.

Responsibilities

Team leadership

Hire, train, schedule, and develop employees. Hold staff accountable to production standards, customer service, and attendance.

P&L Account

Monitor daily revenue, manage labor costs to target (under 28% of sales), control supply spend, and review weekly operating statements with ownership.

Production operations

Oversee garment flow from intake to pickup, ensure quality standards are met on every order, minimize claims and customer complaints.

Customer experience

Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service, handle escalations professionally, and drive repeat visits and word-of-mouth growth.

Facility & equipment

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store. Coordinate preventive maintenance and escalate equipment issues promptly to prevent downtime.
