Facilities Administrator

Assist Point Inc

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services. Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to facility services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate space planning and office moves as needed. Maintain accurate records of facility-related expenses, maintenance schedules, and service requests. Monitor building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security to ensure proper functioning. Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies. Support sustainability initiatives and energy management programs. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational needs related to facilities. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities management or administration. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. Ability to manage vendor contracts and negotiate service agreements. Proficiency with facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field preferred. This position typically operates in an office environment with regular visits to building sites.
