Details Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting Responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, days (7a-7:30p) On-call responsibilities required 36 hours per week Requirements Active RN license (DC) currently in hand, no pending licenses accepted Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required BSN highly desired Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA only) Minimum 2 years of acute care OR experience required in a US hospital setting Two manager or supervisor references required, verifying most recent experience within the past 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer US SSN required for consideration Additional Information Handle department admissions to the operative suite and adhere to aseptic technique standards Consult and coordinate with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans Serve as a communication liaison between patients, families, and the operating team Prepare the operating room for patients and surgical procedures, including assembling equipment and ensuring supplies and implants are available Must reside within 50 miles of the facility; local candidates within this radius are accepted American Traveler Job ID P-744131.
